My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, though facing the back, was a great size and centrally located to downtown Kennett Square and Longwood Gardens. The staff was super nice and very accommodating when I requested the removal of down pillows due to allergies. However, there was a minor issue with something gross on the inside of the bathroom door that was missed.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the fireworks from Longwood Gardens on Labor Day, but unfortunately, they were facing the back and lacked hot water. While they were fairly clean, they looked quite worn out. The service, on the other hand, was wonderful, especially Jacqueline, who went out of her way to make special arrangements for my handicapped father. However, there was a minor oversight inside the bathroom door. The location was top-notch, with lovely seasonal decorations, making it a nice and quiet retreat close to Longwood Gardens and other attractions. The dining experience was pretty good, although the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some updating.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very relaxing, equipped with all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The service was top-notch with friendly staff and quick assistance. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and shopping in tax-free Delaware. The dining experience was a nice bonus before heading out for the day.
